In the first conversation, we’ll take 30-minutes to get to know each other's motivations, values, background, and communication skills.
If you move forward, you’ll go on an asynchronous quest to help us better understand your hard skills. We want to make sure you have the core skills to succeed, while also giving you space to decide if the role is right for you.
Quest discussion. You’ll have a 30-60 minute follow-up call scheduled to share more about how you approached the quest and to dig into the details.
Culture and Career Goals Conversation. We’ll take 30-minutes to understand your career aspirations, what helps you thrive in the workplace, and for you to ask any lingering questions.
After holding all the final interviews, the hiring team will schedule a roundup conversation to decide next steps. We may also ask for references at this point for more senior roles.
